A martial arts instructor working at a police academy gets imprisoned after killing a man by accident. But when a vicious killer starts targeting martial arts masters, the instructor offers to help the police in return for his freedom.

Khmer Rouge terrorist Kieron Chow and his unit arrive in Hong Kong for their latest mission. Todd, Chow's son and fiercely loyal right-hand man, sustains a serious head wound. Now a total amnesiac, Todd wakes from a coma to find he's been given a new life, one that may be the death of him. With the help of psychiatrist Shirley Kwan, anti-terrorist officer Mark Chan tries to convince Todd that he is actually an undercover cop sent to infiltrate Chow's group. As fragments of his shattered memory return, Todd is forced to choose between his dark past and this one shot at redemption

Jackal (Takeshi Kaneshiro), Cash (Jordan Chan) and Sam (Charlie Young) form the core of ATM (Available Tactical Mercenaries), an industrial espionage unit that utilizes high-tech gadgetry to steal technology and fence it on the black market. However, they're blackmailed by the Hong Kong government (led by Alex Fong Chung-Sun) to snatch some counterfeit plates called SN2 from the British MI5. Naturally stuff goes wrong, our heroes are framed for SN2’s disappearance, and then they must set about clearing their names with whatever hi-tech gadgets they have leftover.

Building Inspector Tony (Tony Leung Ka Fai) investigates an old abandoned building in a deserted plant site and falls victim to a restless demon, who wants to resurrect into Tony's body. However, the spirit of a young woman (Rosamund Kwan) suddenly appears, saves Tony, and accidentally sucks some of his life force, thereby, sharing his feelings and emotions. The ghost falls in love with Tony, but he wants to use her to help him woo his gorgeous colleague (Ellen Chan).

Shorts made by 11 directors in order to fight against the SARS epidemy that occurred in China and Hong Kong in 2003.
