And he manages to involve a whole tribe of ghosts to assist him in the noble task of saving the young lady. All is well that ends well.

If Fernandel did not appear in a supporting part ,another short (by E.Chotin who made dozens of them)which would not have been restored.But Fernandel is here ,playing a street pedlar selling luxury (sic) clothes on the flea market with a gorgeous girl as a model.This is a rather desultory script but Fernandel's presence makes the short worthwhile.He sings one song: "le Père Lapuce".
A resistance leader is wounded when the Germans raid his underground print shop. He escapes to the home of a German-friendly Parisian and is helped by her son and daughter. A Jewish doctor also aids him. They all join him in his efforts against the Nazis and derail a munitions train.
O-Kay Agency, run by Monsieur Dubois, will supply anything you like. Even what you do not particularly crave : for instance, Max, the agency's gifted employee made Sam, a millionaire, buy a bath just by putting an attractive young lady in it ! But what Dubois does not know is that, besides being able to close sales brilliantly, Max also dreams of becoming a professional singer.
