A trip into grandmother Vera’s youth and the memories of her intimate life illustrate Slovenian women of the first half of the 20th century, who where easily perceived as mere objects for the satisfaction of men’s sexual needs. Suffering, fear, and resignation—as Vera experienced them throughout her life—are depicted in a humoristic animation that overcomes old taboos with imaginative strokes.
