An abnormal taxi driver lusts for blood every rainy night, and several young women are killed as a result. The muderer, Laiu, likes to take photos of the victims dismembered bodies as momentos. Inspector Lee is called onto the case in this bizarre thriller.

A man (Fatty) returns home to find his wife with another man. He goes to a bar and begins to drink, waking up the next day to find that he owes a mafioso money for killing his wife. Not wanting to pay the money, he enlists a malitia organization only to find the leader a psychopath who seeks revenge on his brother, who the mafioso tortured. The psycho blames Fatty, and kills his mother and young daughter. Fatty must kill the psycho to survive.

When Tiger loses a fortune in cocaine in a detergent box that Andy accidentally took, Andy and Jimmy soon have no choice but to face the wrath of Tiger and his men. Their only ally is Penny, the girlfriend of Tiger's boss. Two men who were once best friends have now become bitter enemies.

The picture opens with a young lady's suicide by inhaling the carbon monoxide fumes of her charcoal burner and making big headlines in the tabloid press. The holiday-goers gossip about the news, little realizing that they are in danger of suffering the same fate.
