We follow the build-up and training of two opposite Belgian political parties. We see their leaders during meetings, during voting and after when the results of the elections are published.

On a Belgian beach at Camping Cosmos. The delegate send by the Ministry is confronted with sex and murder. The residents enjoy their holidays in a peculiar way...

Jan Bocquoy narrates the story of his sexual life to age 28, imagining his conception (parents drunk, the encounter lasting ten seconds) and reporting his first orgasm (at the hands of Eddy, in a beach-side caravan, as they watch Laurel and Hardy), his comparative experiences with girls, and his move from Harelbeck to Brussels. There he meets Greta, bartender at a Bohemian cafe, who teaches him the Kama Sutra, the naked Esther, who reads him stories, and Thérèse, his wife for three years. They split after two children; he moves to a small flat, writes pornography to pay the bills, works sporadically on a novel, espouses anarchism, and meets more women. His self-confidence grows.

Two men, fifty years young, seduce younger women at the Cannes Film Festival and are quite successful as long as there are no youngsters among them.

This is the story of a father, Jan, a cultural host in a hostile environment, and his daughter Marie, an occasional stripper, who are on the edge of a precipice. She wants to jump and he tries to hold her back. How? By telling him stories, as in the tales of "Arabian nights". As long as he holds her attention, she will not jump.

Director Jan Bucquoy has a bunch of actors read from the Guy Debord novel which shares the same title. Slowly but surely real life an Debord's reflections upon it start to diffuse.

The Renault factory in Belgium must close down. Nobody can believe it. We follow the investigations by the director who is at the heart of the action and who interviews main politicians, the workers who violently protest and the direction. In the fiction part the president-director of Renault, Schweitzer is killed by one of the workers.
