Rural love story continues in Yaem Yasothorn 2, the sequel to the hit comedy "Yaem Yasothon" directed by popular comedian turned director Mum Jokmok. The story continues after the marriage of Yaem and Joey when the couple has a beautiful daughter and Yaem becomes a strict father who guards his daughter from suitors.

Jeeja Yanin takes her skills to the next level as a bike messenger who is hired by competing mob bosses to smuggle goods. Caught in the middle and given an ultimatum, the only way out is a confrontation erupting into a battle of bullets, face kicks and blows.

A professional bodyguard who failed to protect his Choti, most successful businessman, is fired by his employer's son. The son inherits his fathers company but is then targets by assassins who want to gain control of the estate. He is forced to hide out in the slums where a kind family looks after him and sparks up a relationship with their tomboy daughter.

A comedic film about a rich household in the time Thailand was developing railways and slaves where yet considered normal, although the slaves in this household are rather a handful.

This is the 3rd installment of Yam Sasothorn. After the commercial success of Yam Yasothon and its sequel, comedian-turned-director Petchtai Wongkamlao, better known Mum Jokmok, is back with a third installment of the romantic comedy set in the Northeastern province of Yasothon. Billed as an Isaan version of Romeo and Juliet, the film’s cast this time around includes Mum’s own wife, Endoo Wongkamlao, adding to Mum’s son and relatives who all play a part. With its simple narrative of starcrossed lovers and sparring families, the crazy clown caper somewhat lives up to expectations.

Tas Rak Asoon is a classic love-hate drama in the vein of veteran director Pisarn Akarasenee, which Mum has made in his own, slapstick way. Sporting a new pirate-like look, Mum also stars in the film as Nai-hua Perm, a heartless man who seeks vengeance against the family responsible for the death of his sister. Also starring in Tas Rak Asoon are 27-year-old actress Savika Chaiyadej (Pinky), who plays a spoiled rich kid, and 31-year-old sexy star Lukkana Wattanawongsiri (Aum), who plays an island girl named Jet Ski. Throughout the film, the two women fight for the affections of Nai-hua Perm.

A country man, Mum (Petchtai Wongkamlao) comes to town to find a job and study Chinese. One day, an unknown little boy Deaw (Phuntadon Kliengchun) unexpectedly appears at his door, calling him "dad". The man accepts to be the father due to a condition: find the right girl and marry. Later, the boy helps his dad courting a pretty woman Fah (Benjawan Artner) who is prospected to be the bride for his dad before it's too late.
