Ninja Operation: Licensed to Terminate

A rivalry between the Golden Ninja Warriors and the Red Ninja Warriors. The Red Ninja Warriors want a Golden Ninja Statue that the Golden Ninjas Have, which is never seen by the audience. Then, the action moves to Hong Kong where we see a criminal organization running a prostitution racket, made up of kidnapped women, out of a hotel.

Just like those Thomas Tang "so-called" Ninja films that came out on Imperial Video. This one has a tacked in plot of Richard Harrison trying to fight off European Ninjas in footage that doesn't even match the film! The whole film is basically a RED SUN rip-off (but this time the Japanese steal a statue) that has a DJANGO like character carrying a cross that contains a gattling gun.

A ruthless gang of Ninja marauders, a kidnapped maiden and a young man seeking vengeance set the stage for "The Ninja Showdown." Warlord boss Jing and his evil band of Purple Ninjas are unstoppable-hihgly trained assassins who ravage a peaceful town. But when the outlaw Ninjas abduct his girl, a wrathful Tony unleashes a furious assault with the help of Ninja Master Gordon. Together, these two men lay waste to Jing's army in a shattering battle to secure their honor and rescue the town from the clutches of a greedy and oppressive tyrant.

The Ninja world is set ablaze when the mystical "Spirit Sword" is stolen by the Black Ninja Cal, giving its possessor the ultimate power of destruction. When the leades of the five most powerful clans are murdered, the hunt to track down and retrieve the sword is on. A titanic battle begins between all six clans, demonstrating all the skills of the ancient techniques.

In an attempt to put their Ninja lifestyle behind them, Rodney and Janet retire to the countryside to raise a family. As the old saying goes though, you can't run away from your past and the couple soon find themselves the target of a rather unpleasant gang. When Rodney is framed and put in prison, Janet is left to look after their son alone. Meanwhile, back at the clan, the Ninjas are facing a fierce internal struggle as the dastardly Stewart attempts a takeover. When Gordon returns from a mission, he soon uncovers the truth and the stage is set for a final face off of epic proportions.

The masters of mayhem—the ninja—are terrorizing the city, and it's up to Cobra to stop them dead in their tracks. It's guns vs. blades, wits vs. guts, and man vs. myth in this action epic! No man is safe from the ninja—unless you're Cobra! Brace yourself for a non-stop killing machine of a movie.

Ninjas duke it out in this low-budget horribly dubbed though highly entertaining American/Japanese production.
