The Tarix Jabrix has graduated from high school. Fear of being placed in different universities, they all decide to go to Jakarta.

Three pranksters, Ryan, Ado and Luna, a group of college students who always skip class put an old granny on top of an electric pole for jokes. The angry granny then puts a curse on Ryan. At home, Ryan finds his mother has turned into a statue. Then they link the incident with the legend of Malin Kundang and trying to find solutions by visiting shamans and paranormals.

It tells about three friends who know nothing in life except to have fun. One day they wake up to find them on a boat down a topical river in Borneo. Hence, the adventure begins.

When Helena and Titan celebrate their first wedding anniversary at a restaurant, Helena dies from an asthma attack. Since then, Helena’s spirit is revealed to her husband. People think that Titan suffers from depression as he often communicates with the spirit of his late wife. Titan is advised to see a psychiatrist, who sends Olin, a student of psychology, to conduct an observation. Titan also seeks help from a paranormal, Ki Jono Bolot. Then, when Titan meets Irene, Helena’s spirit gives her consent to his new romance.

Conscience begins with the story of heartbreak experienced by the two main characters: Randi (Boy Hamza) who has just left his girlfriend, Dera (Kimberly Ryder), because it chose to pursue her career as a model and Fila (Joanna Alexandra) who realized that the friend he had admired for 10 years, Adrian (Arnhezy Arczhanka), it was established in love with someone else. One unintended meeting in a cafe finally introduce two people who were hit by the turmoil of the heart with each other. Cacing (who now works in an insurance company) is asked by his boss to negotiate with his old nemesis - The Road Devils. The aim: asking the bike gang to stop causing riots in Bandung.

Caca Sutarya aka Cacing (Worm), wants to be a member of The Road Devil, the most brutal motorcycle gang in Bandung. But he could not go through the initiation test as it goes against his conscience. So he invites his best friends, Dadang Modip, Coki and Ciko, and Mulder to form a motorcycle gang, The Tarix Jabrix, which hangs out at the Sugema repair shop that belongs to Mr. Rohim, Dadang's father. Dadang’s friends like Mayang, who works there, while Cacing is trying to get close to Callista, the school's "prima donna." But Callista's boyfriend, Valdin, is a friend of her brother, Max, a key figure in the The Smokers, a big motorcycle gang. Secretly, Callista likes Cacing who she considers funny, fun, and great to talk with. But Callista's closeness with Cacing is straining her relationship with Valdin. Cacing thinks that the Smokers are carrying illegal drugs and when he tries to find out, Valdin and Max get angry. Finally the two gangs clash.

Bara Mahesa (Dimas Anggara), who wants to be a writer, is restless in the absence of any girlfriend. He then meets Velin Caliandra (Natasha Rizki), a junior that later become his girlfriend. But Velin is a spoiled girl and a source of irritation. Then comes Diandra Pramita (Alisia Rininta), a senior who can make Bara feels comfortable.
