Sang-woo, the leader of college rock band Volcano, dies and sets up a reunion for Gi-yeong and the other members of the group. Former bass player Seong-wook lives a hand-to-mouth existence working two jobs. Drummer Hyeok-su is a single father struggling to make a living as a car salesman. The jobless lead guitarist Gi-yeong dreams of taking over Volcano as the new frontman. When he suggests they reform the band while the old friends reminisce at the funeral, they all spurn the idea. But Gi-yeong persists and gets each to relent, setting the stage for a rock and roll reunion.

Junho plans to give a present to his favorite female friend, Eunsu. However, Junho's plan failed due to Hyungtae's advancement towards Eunsu. This has prompted Junho to go to a shopping mall, where Eunsu's favorite singer holds a fan meeting. The kids meet together and disturbed the shopping mall. A security guard eventually catches them. On the other hand, the robbers are planning to take over the shopping mall. It is up to the kids to defeat the robber.

Based on the life and work of Korea’s renowned poet, Yun Dong Ju. Dong Ju, while studying literature in Japan, was charged and detained for having participated in the Korean Independence Movement. Known to have created hundreds of poems during his time in jail where he spent the last two years of his life, Dong Ju passed away at the young age of 27. Although it has not been proven, some believe he died due to medical experiments that were performed on his living body.

The year 1988 saw a bunch of flashes in the pan in the pop music industry, and has-been rock star CHOI Gon was one of them. After his only hit song 'The Rain and You', he became involved in drug problems, mob fights, and now sings in a café in the countryside. He one day gets into a fight with one of the customers at the café, and needs bail money to get released from a lockup. Desperately trying to free him, his manager PARK Min-soo comes up with the solution to send CHOI Gon to a radio station in a far, remote town in the suburbs as a DJ, so that the radio station can pay for the bail. Helpless and bewildered, CHOI Gon now has to DJ in front of a few dozen listeners…

Thus, the king asks him to commit suicide, but his closest vassals prevent it, so the king orders the prince to get inside a wooden rice chest, where he suffers deprivation of food and water.
