The Cinema Snob: 1980 in Film

After discovering that her husband has cheated on her, the vengeful Melanie documents her exploits to gruesomely turn her husband, Jason, into a woman through means of such tools as power drills and tongs. This film is considered lost, as the director, Brad Jones's copy was stolen from his personal collection in 2008. Its current whereabouts are unknown and it's unclear if any footage survives on his hi-8 tapes.

In 1977, teenager Wayne (Nick Foster) gathers his two friends, female runaway Rhonda (Sarah Ogg) and disco club hopper Tim (David Gobble), for a drug party located in the suburban home of quiet recluse Dean (Brad Jones). But unknown to Tim and Rhonda are the horrible secrets which lie in Dean's basement storage room. Dean is the uncaptured child murderer who uses his basement as a torture dungeon with the help of Wayne and fellow teenager David (Buford Stowers). When the drugs and alcohol mix get higher throughout the night, not even so called friends are safe from the sadistic bloodlust of Dean. Inspired by the true story of notorious serial murderer Dean Corll.

An out of work surgeon creates a powerful prosthetic heart (made of solid gold) which he transplants into the body of a beautiful prostitute he accidentally runs over with his car. The two then find themselves on the run from her former pimp, and a team of gangsters the doctor owes money to.

With the help of their friend Steve, the boys seek out the rare Atari porno game "Custer's Revenge" in an attempt to hold a contest to see who can get past 5000 points, all while Scott desperately tries to woo the attention of Sally, the beautiful game store employee.

An explicit thriller detailing the feasibility of producing and distributing snuff films, which are still only considered to be an urban legend. Driven mad by his failure to sell a profitable film to the porn industry, a director decides to create authentic snuff films with the assistance of two teenage runaways and a perverted cameraman. When the films bring in a profit through an amateur internet production company, they begin to see the film industry for what it really is: a world of backstabbing and double crosses. The group of twisted filmmakers then extract their own form of graphic revenge on the very people who made them successful.

The Uncanny Valley refers to Channel Awesome’s five year anniversary event. Unlike the past events, instead of one collaborative video, there were five short films making up the event. All of which the contributors celebrate the website’s fantastic fifth year!

A story of cops, hookers, killers, and pimps; all centered around one sleazy night in the late 1980's. A cocaine addicted homicide detective (Jake Norvell) is brought out of suspension in order to trail a local prostitute (Bianca Queen) who may become the next victim of The Scalper (Nick Foster), a serial killer who preys on the city's hookers. Meanwhile, her burnt out pimp (Brad Jones) attempts to get out of the business while finding it harder to protect his girls from both the killer and from an abusive rival pimp (Buford Stowers).

Three estranged sisters go out to a local discotheque as a way to rebond after years of separation.
