The Late Afternoon

Released from prison, the ex-Naxalite Nandakumar remains a suspect and is unable to settle into a job. He refuses advices to emigrate to the Gulf. He suffers harassment from both police and from his erstwhile comrades. During the emergency in the mid 70s, he is imprisoned again. In the end, all that remains for him is the memories of his days as a radical.
