Just when Laura and her family were preparing to spend the Christmas holidays at Aunt Martha, the car breaks down and must spend Christmas at home, and without a tree. A fun adventure for the whole family.

But the evil polar bear Kalle wants to get rid Caruso. During their rescue of Lars, his friend Robby and Caruso end up in a train heading south. The turbulent journey eventually leads the trio to a tropical island. There, the friends meet a variety of strange and funny animals. While a scientist is trying to catch a new specimen, one of Lars' friends, the little polar bear needs to come up with something to prevent it.
Princess Emmy has a secret gift – she is the only one in the kingdom of Kandis who can speak to horses. She has a wonderful time with her best friends, a stable full of amazing horses. When her scheming cousin, Gizana, appears, Emmy’s chance to become an officially inaugurated princess is threatened. She must undergo a test for the right to keep her special gift.
Laura sees a shooting star falling to earth and finds it in a park, down on the floor and with a broken point. The star is a living being, and Laura takes her home to reattach its point with a band-aid. The little star has special powers and can make people fly, or bring inanimate objects to life. But the more she stays on Earth, the weaker she becomes and her colors fade away and her powers start to fail. Laura must find a way to send the little star back into outer space.
Laura gets the chance to fly to China with her family. Her mother is supposed to give a concert with Chinese musician to celebrate the New Year.
