The Wizard of Oz in Concert: Dreams Come True

A biennial charitable telethon bringing together all the networks and the biggest stars in entertainment, for one night of music, laughter, and inspiration. The aim is to raise significant funds for translational cancer research, raise awareness, and bring about an understanding that everyone is connected to cancer.

Liza's dynamic show made history by breaking the box-office record for Radio City. A true superstar, this all-new extravaganza stars Liza and a host of singers, dancers and musicians, performing a selection of her favorite songs by the world's greatest songwriters. Judy Garland's famous daughter shows of her remarkable voice and spunky dance moves at New York's classiest, most famous venue. Some of the selections include "Live Alone and Like It," "Teach Me Tonight," "There Is a Time," "Quiet Love," "Imagine," and "Theme From New York, New York" (Martin Scorsese's musical, which she starred in with Robert DeNiro.

The HBO Comedy Hour show, taped at The Comedy Connection in Boston, MA, was nominated for an Emmy (Outstanding Individual Performance In A Variety Or Music Program - 1995)

This concert DVD captures the 2002 VH1 Divas Las Vegas performance at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Hosted by Ellen DeGeneres, the celebrity lineup includes Cher, Celine Dion, Mary J. Blige, the Dixie Chicks, and Shakira. Special guest musicians such as Anastacia, Stevie Nicks, Cyndi Lauper, and Whitney Houston joined in for some of the performances. The show opened with a cover of AC/DC's &"You Shook Me All Night Long," and one memorable moment featured Cher in drag as Elvis Presley. This was the fifth VH1 Divas musical event held to benefit the VH1 Save the Music Foundation, which provides support for music education in public schools.

The American Film Institute (AFI) presents its 35th Life Achievement Award to Al Pacino.

The singer is joined by Barry Manilow, gospel singer Yolanda Adams and “Will & Grace” star Megan Mullally. Songs include “Mary, Did You Know?” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” (Aiken); a “Happy Holidays/White Christmas” medley (Manilow); “O Holy Night” Adams); and “I'll Be Home for Christmas” (Mullally). Also: Aiken is joined by Adams and Manilow for “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town.”

A panel of experts examines the five main suspects in the Jack the Ripper murders and determines which of them is the most likely to have committed the crimes.

A commercial-free variety special starring Seth MacFarlane and his "Family Guy" co-star Alex Borstein. The half-hour special will highlight the duo's subversive and unique comedic sensibilities and feature original animation, live-action performances of "Family Guy's" most memorable musical numbers, comedy sketches and surprise celebrity guests.
