Tug of War!
The mayor of Oita wants to improve the image of his city, so he instructs Chiaki - a young woman working for the city's PR department - to form a female tug of war team. Nobuo MIZUTA mixes comedy, drama and a pinch of social criticism to tell a tale of eight women, their everyday struggles and their support for each other.

After being retrenched from his job at a Tokyo securities firm, Tsunezue Riichi decides to return to his hometown to work. He soon lands a job at the company GALAXYZ, a job that his parents highly recommended. GALAXYZ is a newly set up company, with young entrepreneur Kui Yoshiaki at its helm. Unbeknownst to Riichi, the company actually handles AV (Adult Videos i.e. Porn) projects. Even the OL's at the company's premises are actually all aspiring AV actresses. Throughout the entire company, everything is AV-centric, with even filming taking place within the office! Rosuke Narumi works at a trading company and he is pretty good at his job. He dates Satoko Matsubara. The trading company has a business relationship with a private high school experiencing some difficulties. One day, Rosuke Narumi is appointed as the principle of the private high school. Rosuke Narumi soon discovers how different the work environment is from his previous job. So the school can run in the black, Rosuke Narumi implements cost cutting measures. School staff members including Chihiro Mashiba oppose his plan.
