It was produced by Famous Players-Lasky and distributed by Paramount Pictures. the film is based on a 1924 Broadway play Quarantine by F. Tennyson Jesse. It is preserved at the Library of Congress.

Her attempts to get to him are constantly thwarted and the plot thickens with the appearance of John Thorne, who purchases part of the family's land holdings without Yvonne's consent.
