12 familiar faces have undergone weeks of intensive training ready to go head-to-head in a range of sporting challenges, across a week of live shows amidst fierce competition. All have been pulled out of their comfort zones to be coached as athletes, swimmers and cyclists, to compete in the hope of coming top of the medals table and being crowned the winner of the competition.

Freddie Flintoff and Jamie Redknapp are back for another mad-cap road trip, this time beginning in Dingle, Ireland, and making their way over to the white cliffs of Dover. Along the way, the pair will be joined by a variety of special guests who will challenge them to audacious challenges they have never done before. With their celebrity guests, the two compete against each other to see who must take on the ultimate forfeit - dangling terrifyingly from a helicopter with a bungee rope.

Freddie returns to his home town for the sporting challenge of a lifetime. Can he inspire some unlikely teens to give cricket a chance - or has he bitten off more than he can chew?

Freddie Flintoff. Chris Harris. Paddy McGuinness. Three men with valid driving licences, and a strange willingness to endure great suffering and embarrassment in the name of testing cars. And it’s that willingness this DVD celebrates, as it brings together some of the very best bits from Chris, Freddie and Paddy’s Top Gear tenure so far. And by ‘best bits’ of course we mean ‘most painful bits’. Wince as the boys tackle a house-high Wall Of Death in their insurance write-offs. Sweat as they endure the broiling heat of Ethiopia in their first cars. Cover your eyes as Freddie bungee-jumps a Rover Metro off a massive dam. Feel slightly sorry as Chris gets pelted with golf balls while wearing a dinosaur costume. All that, plus Top Gear’s epic race between a McLaren Speedtail and fighter jet, a tribute to Colin McRae, a whole load of electric shocks, and all the very best crashes from the last few series. Because, let’s be honest, there were plenty to choose from...

Three-nil down in a four match series and with his team in disarray, Brian Charles Lara knew he had to do something special in the final test of England’s 2004 tour of the West Indies. Something that would let the world know there was still some pride left in Caribbean cricket. He had to take back his world record. Returning to Antigua, scene of Lara’s 375 against England a decade before, the West Indies captain was on a mission: to reclaim the highest individual test score he’d lost when Australia’s Matthew Hayden scored 380 against Zimbabwe in 2003. This DVD tells the full story of how Lara hit back at his critics (and England’s feared pace attack) to not only surpass Hayden, but go on to become the first man in history to register a test score of 400. A fitting tribute to arguably the world’s greatest batsman, this is a must for all cricket fans.
