The story begins with Siva (Naveen) a happy-go-lucky-guy, who is bit of a dreamer rather than an earnest trier. But his aim is to go to Dubai and earn millions. His persevering brother (Sijju) manages to send him to the Gulf. But alas, when Siva actually lands in Dubai, he realizes he has been duped by the recruitment company and eventually he gets framed in a murder case. Siva’s brother who comes to Dubai to help matters out is killed. This is good enough reason for Siva to take a vow to kill the killers of his brother. He does that eventually after a ketchup show of mayhem and some misplaced songs. Woven into this are the story of his love and that of a night club dancer in Dubai (Navneet Kaur and Meghana Naidu).

Badri (Vijay) is a troublemaker and a source of heartburn for his father (Kitty). So the father pins his hopes on his elder son, Vetri (Riyaz Khan), to win the kickboxing championship. Janu (Bhumika Chawla), Badri's neighbour, is in love with him but it is just one-sided as Badri considers her a good friend and a source of money (and since her dad is a garage owner, his gateway to new cars to impress the other girls). He falls in love with Mamathi (Monal), a rich girl, and poses as a rich guy to impress her. But he soon realises his mistakes and when his brother becomes bedridden, he decides to redeem himself in his father's eyes by fighting in the championship match. He finally redeems himself by defeating his opponent and at the same time, accepts Janu's love.
Subrahmanyam (Pawan Kalyan), the youngest son of a family is a wastrel and a ladies man. His father always scolds him but his brother Chakri (Achyuth) who is a boxer, and friend Jaanu (Preeti Jhangiani) dote him. Meanwhile he falls in love with Lovely (Aditi) and for this he keeps on telling lies to her that he is very rich. Jaanu in the middle truly loves Subrahmanyam and gives him everything he asks her for thinking that he is doing these for her but he does it for lovely. The incidents that led Subrahmanyam to change, the way he realised the true love of Jaanu and the final twist of him becoming a boxing champion is the real plot to be seen.
