On holiday from boarding school, young Ishvaku is fascinated by the bedtime story his mother relates to him—that of the warrior Ashwatthama, from the Mahabharata, whose blind vengeance provokes a curse from Lord Krishna, forcing him to wander the earth in eternal suffering. Following the success of 'Prasthanam', Sharvanand will see another movie of his release in a short span. 'Andari Bandhuvaya' is directed and produced by Chandra Siddarth with music by Anoop. Padma Priya who acted in the recently released 'Super Cowboy' is the heroine of the movie along with other supporting actors like Naresh, Krishna Bhagwan, M.S.Narayana, and others. Sources say the movie is a family entertainer with a social message. Sharvanand is fast growing in the film industry. Everyone will have to look out for him!

Based in Mumbai, Raja (Arjun) lives a violent yet poor lifestyle along with his father, Banwarilal. He meets with and comes to the rescue of Madurai/Mahendrapur-based belle, Mahalakshmi/Madhumita (Jyotika), and both fall in love with each other. When she returns home, her dad (Ashish Vidyarthi) finds that she is in love with Raja, instantly approves of him, and asks her to invite him, which she does. Raja accordingly arrives to meet her family - and it is this arrival that will pit him against goons dispatched by none other than Mahalakshmi's dad, who wants him dead - at any and all costs.

Meera, a blind woman who plays the violin as part of a blind orchestra at a church, is joyous when she gets back her eyesight as a result of an eye transplant. But her joy is shortlived as she soon starts having visions of the ghostly image of a woman, that seems to follow her around. Her psychiatrist Arvind(Arvind), who is also in love with her, is initially skeptical but strange happenings convince him otherwise and he begins to help her understand whats behind her visions.

A young man is spoilt to the hilt by his father due to which he leads a wayward life. At one point in time he finds love and reforms, hopefully for the best. But destiny has other plans in store.
