Leyla ile Mecnun is a Turkish television comedy series. The show is set in Istanbul, Turkey and premiered in 2011 on TRT. The series is a surreal and absurd comedy that revolves around the fictional love story between Leyla and Mecnun.

It was based on a French film called "Pardon Mon Affaire" with the great Jean Rochefort in the lead. "Asik Oldum-I Feel in Love" is based on "The Woman in Red" and even has that certain Stevie Wonder which Jack Black so despised in "High Fidelity" in its' soundtrack.

Meanwhile, a gulyabani (a ghoul from Turkish folklore) haunts the residence.

Sırrı Derman thinks that he casted for shooting an commercial with Paris Hilton, and this is a sign that he is destined to marry Paris Hilton. The arrival of both Sırrı to the area where the shootings will take place causes confusion.
