The story of CC2 centers around an investigative journalist named Stanley Mouse, who wants to find out about the legend of an ancient "cat tribe" lost in Africa. He finds them and much more, once again threatening the continued existence of mouse civilization. Special Agent Grabowsky will act to save the day, however. The events are supposed to take place at least 10, possibly 20 years after the first episode, as one of the already leaked cells shows the titular Cat-Catcher mecha rusting away in a shelter.
In The Little Polar Bear: A Visitor from the South Pole, Lars and Robby explore a shipwreck, where the giant Octopus Octavius saves Lars' life and teaches everyone that water is fun, even if you can't swim. Next, Lars and Robby discover an old boat, the "Red Rose," which greedy humans want to steal - until Lars and company spook them away! Finally, a stranger appears at the North Pole: Caruso, a fun-loving, song-singing Penguin! But roughneck polar bears Brutus, Boris, and Burt don't like strangers, and scheme to send Caruso away. Now, with the help of his friends, Lars must rescue Caruso so that, in the end, even the ever-sad Lemmings can be happy again.
In The Little Polar Bear: Nanouk's Rescue, Lars and polar pals Greta and Robby find themselves trapped in an ice station, the with human team fast approaching. After a daring escape, Lars comes upon the homesick husky pup Nanouk, whose hair-raising howls and super sense of smell help them find his family and some delicious sausages! Now Lars is free to return home but something is wrong...he can't stop thinking about Greta. Could Lars be in love? All his arctic chums have special friends, even old Sophocles, who helps Lars learn the best way to let a little girl bear know you like her - just tell her!
Lars must rescue himself and other animals from the cages of animal trappers. After a long journey home with new brown bear friend Lea, Lars finds his parents have become ill. When Lea takes Lars to fetch the honey medicine, Lars crosses the snow line for the first time and learns about the forest. With his parents cured, it's time to relax until Yuri, the funny Puffin, drops in unable to fly. It's up to Lars and his chillin' chums to help Yuri head back to the skies where he belongs!

In the year 80 AMM (After Mickey Mouse) on planet X the crime-syndicated Cats try to erase the Mouse-population once and for all. A scientist of the mice, prof. Fushimishi seems to have found the weapon against the threat - so Intermouse calls it's best, but now retired agent - Nick Grabowsky - to get the plans. As a distraction for the Cats, they also send a second agent - Seargent Lazy Dick - for the mission.
