After 14 years in the United States, Greg Dickson returns to his family's plantation in the Philippines to settle his slain father's estate. They repulse a Huk attack on the way to the plantation and are met by Stephen Rogers, Bart's father and the village schoolteacher. With Ofelia making amends with her father and saying sorry to her teacher, the movie ends with Herman and Nita realizing their dreams.
