Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus revolves around Cleetus (Mammootty), a dreaded long-haired rogue. What happens to Cleetus and the people surrounding him form the rest of the story.

Vava kills Sivan for revenge. So for the rituals Vava becomes Brahman. He gets arrested and his mother starts backing up into the fire and dies. Soon after his prison sentence, the warring faction set their difference aside and invite Vava to head the church festivities

The story revolves around Kunjan (Dileep), a village youth who is sympathized for his hunchback looks but is lauded for selfless service to others. He covers up his handicap with humor.
