Sunday Girl tells the story of Natasha, who sets out to break up with four of her five boyfriends in a single day. There’s Victor, the melodramatic poet. Jack, the angry laborer. Tom, the friend with benefits. Winston, the nice guy. As Natasha’s story progresses, we begin to experience her world and its inhabitants, while finding out exactly what it is she wants. Ultimately it is a story detailing the frustrations of being young and in search of love.
A group of friends writing a book on the history of Los Angeles finds that their roommate is missing and has taken all of the material for the book. Two years later, a man working for a book publishing company finds the finished book but cannot find the author. He goes on a search to find out exactly what happened to them.
Estranged twins, Oliver and Lenore, are reunited upon the sudden death of their father. Hoping a greater insight into his past will bring them catharsis, they embark on a cross-country road trip to spread his ashes. Along the way, they struggle to reestablish their relationship and are confronted with who the other has become.
