Mano Negra sends a group of alien dwarves led by Aker to the state laboratory to kidnap the professor Arego and obtain the formula for the cultivation of microorganisms. The formula is divided among his four daughters and most work at a circus. The aliens take capsules that make themselves invisible, kidnap the girls and are eventually revealed to be blue-skinned, red-eyed monsters who are reduced to a puddle of green goo when killed.
Professor Bruno Volpi spots some strange paintings on a cliff. He sends for Professor Zovek to help him discover its meaning. Zovek uses his powers to figure the writings are a warning that a cosmic tragedy is going to happen. Their fears prove to be true when a fire ball falls from the skies causing the ressurrection of the dead as zombies, craving for human flesh.

This time Santo and Blue Demon must take on a 300 year-old witch with a really bad attitude. She raises a legion of zombies and sends them to fight Santo in his home and in the rings. Talk about a rude interruption to a wrestling match .
The Secret Agent Lafargue locates the evil Professor Marcus headquarters, who with the help of Dr. Bellini and an android of his invention, plan to conquer the world. Lafargue is discovered and severely injured, so he is unable to remember where it is the basis of Marcus or what their plan. To resolve this situation the authorities call the Agent Zero team.
Arácnea's residents have been desperately searching for a source of food to save the life of their queen (a big spider). Earth is chosen, since human brains are apparently like health food for alien spiders.
Blue Demon returns in one of his best adventures like Agent Zero, who this time is facing a criminal organization that attempts to poison the world with a deadly gas (whose formula is unknown).
