Dr. Emma Collins and her team are spending their third summer on the island of Little Happy studying the effect of climate change on the great white sharks who come to the nearby nursery every year to give birth. Along with the last two inhabitants of this former fishing village, their peaceful life is disrupted when a "scientific" team led by her ex-boyfriend and marine biologist Richard show up looking for three bull sharks who we soon learn aren't just any bull sharks.
Johana (Denise Richards), a woman with no past, is hiding from a UN Agent Bowie (Randy Couture) a head of secret space program. On her run she meets Martin (Bren Foster), and with help of Bowie’s ex-colleague Lance they both help Martin to find his half alien daughter. One of the most important parts of the movie is a demonstration of a real meditation which the main protagonist uses to tune in to a higher frequency, and enables him to use telepathy and more.

When former black ops operative Tom Steele and his partner Manning are assigned to decommission an old prison, they must oversee the arrival of two mysterious female prisoners. Before long, an elite force of mercenaries assault the prison in search of the new arrivals. As the true identities of the women are revealed, Steele realizes he's caught in the middle of something far bigger than he had imagined.
