When the CIA learns that a pair of hypnotists, code-named The Thirsty Pigeons, have been hired to kidnap and brainwash Shelby, the CIA's most attractive female agent, they suspect it to be the work of Dr. Polygamy, an evil billionaire with an insatiable desire for more wives.
