While being followed by nebbish journalist Bob (Michael Chow Man-kin) and coping with their own personal issues, the three are being targeted by Andy, a crazed arms-dealer who is seeking vengeance on Charlie for the death of his wife following a particularly ugly FBI raid years previous. Since Charlie's a hard man to find, the villain takes his wrath out on his friends and employees -- especially his three angels.
Old Mr. Lo has three sons and the youngest one Lo Kung is his favorite. However, Kung does nothing but fool around all day long.Old Mr. Lo is very annoyed about this. The relationship between father and son is thus affected. So on Kung's birthday, his two brothers decide to play a joke on him. They trick him into believing he has won the lottery. Kung is so happy that he spends a tremendous amount of money. When he realizes he is in huge debt, he pretends to go insane and the whole family believes him. They take great care of him and confide in him. It is this pretence that makes Kung grows up and he and his father finally end in good terms.
A contrived set-up gives way to a surprisingly well-acted and affecting little movie. Quite possibly the best "Feel 100%" movie of the late nineties.

The outcome of this second story leads to Ken's friend Jojo being courted by a ghost, and ultimately leads to the final story where Peter Butt unknowingly visits a haunted theater with some of Ken's friends.
