Josemon, a young man from Kerala meets Cathy, an American traveller and offers to show her around but during their trip, they begin to share their different views of life to better understand each other.
Kunjiraman, nephew of Well-done Vasu, plans to marry Vasu's daughter Thankamani. All plans are thwarted by Kunjiraman's dim-witted cousin brother Laalu. To avenge this he goes to Gulf to make money and returns to his hometown Desam.
