SYSTAM highlights the inhumanity of those highest on the hierarchy, the dominant to the destitute. The film metaphorically depicts the whole process of child trafficking in a systematic way to unveil this hidden scheme. It further accentuates the reality of survival for the fittest, and expresses a range of emotions in the oppressed: the fear, anguish and monotony that shade them for life.

An elderly Punjab man is saddened to find his wealthy son and grandchildren have abandoned their traditional Indian culture and morals while living in Australia.
