Gagan is very much in love with Sweety aka Janaki, a sweet-natured girl, ever willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. But she ends up rejecting Gagan and later finds herself in a situation from which there seems no escape. Why did Sweety reject Gagan and what does he do when he finds her in a dangerous predicame.
The story is based on the life of two youngsters between 1992 and 1996. Railway Raju (Sree Vishnu) has just one dream: to play cricket for the Indian team. However, life throws him a googly. An unexpected turn of events make Raju the target of encounter specialist, Imtiaz (Nara Rohith). Raju turns to a world of crime to take revenge on Imtiaz and thus starts the cat and mouse chase between the two.
Surya is a carefree youth who lives with his father Narayana Murthy. He loves his father and is very protective about him. This obsession often lands him in trouble. A political don troubles Narayana Murthy to get his signature for a file. Murthy objects for this signature and lands in deep trouble. The rest of the film deals with how Surya encounters the minister and solves his father's problem.
Mighty star Srikanth comes up with yet another attempt to prove himself as a mass hero while fighter Sudhakar Naidu tries his hand at wielding the megaphone.
Nagendra Naidu (Nagendra Babu) is a powerful police officer. He wants to see his son Radhakrishna (Nitin) also as a good police officer. He always dreams of his son bashing the dons and get a state government's medal which should be presented through his hands. However, his wife Sarala (Kovai Sarala) wants to see her son as a super star. Then a peculiar GO gets passed by which any honest person is eligible for a Police job. As Nagendra Naidu convinces his wife that all the training that is needed for a film hero could be learnt in just three months time in the Police Academy, Sarala agrees to join him in the Police Academy. Radhakrishna falls in love with Krishnaveni (Bhavana) at the police academy. The latter too loses her heart to him. At this juncture, her photo appears in the TV saying that she was a big Naxalite leader.
Tamil is a killer for hire, and will accept any contract provided the amount is right. The Police want him for questioning, while the underworld needs him to silence their opponents. No one really knows this assassin's background. It is only Tamil who knows his real identity and he has no intention of sharing it with anyone.
After Bala, who works for a TV channel, gets into trouble with a goon, he is sent away for an out-of-town assignment. There he meets and falls in love with a girl who gets kidnapped by a gangster.
Pandu (Mahesh Babu) is a ruthless mafia man who kills anybody for money. He falls in love with Sruthi (Ileana) at the very first sight. Sruthi too loves Pandu, but hesitates to confess her love to him as he is a reckless criminal. Though a goon, Pandu has certain rigid principles that leads for an enmity with Ali (Prakash Raj) - the biggest mafia don in the town. The rest of the story is all about how he settles score with Ali.
