In this entry in the "Decker" franchise, President Davidson Jr. recounts some of Jack Decker's patriotic adventures to the hero's son and protege, Jack Decker Jr. While they are talking about the past accomplishments, a powerful enemy starts to plot against Decker Jr. to avenge the murder of his father. "Decker" co-creators Tim Heidecker and Gregg Turkington star in the live-action series as Decker Jr. and CIA codebreaker Jonathan Kington, respectively.

In the year 2007, crime has risen at an exponential rate. Once highly populated metropolises such as Los Angeles are no longer inhabitable. Their punk son has joined up with the local surf toughs, and things all come to a head when the toughs challenge the good guys to a surfing duel
Three American students vacationing in Finland, cross the border into Russia for fun of it. When they are spotted by the Russian soldiers who are shooting to kill, it's not fun anymore. Captured and thrown in jail, they find it's not fun either. It's a nightmare.
