GG Allin

You won't see any of the bloodshed and mayhem for which GG's live performances were known, nor any of the spectacle that has helped create a cult around his public persona since his death in 1993. This is GG at his most candid, talking about his life and his art, as well as the baggage that goes with being GG Allin. The footage, pictures and music are from time spent with GG in Charlotte North Carolina and Tampa Florida.

In New Hampshire, a legend is buried. GG Allin, the most outrageous singer in rock'n roll history. He was known for defecating on stage, fighting and having sex with the audience. He died a mythological death from a heroin overdose in 1993, aged 37. This 45 minute documentary by Mark Hejnar is a sort of Whitman's Sampler of sickness, chronicling such wildly diverse and extreme personalities as G.G. Allin, Mike Diana, Full Force Frank, GLOD, Annie Sprinkle, and others. This collection of short clips and vile moments is certainly NOT for the squeamish, as these are the artists and performers who have taken the term "free expression" to it's limits--and beyond.

It includes a little live footage (just like "Hated", but it's a documentary). Bonus documentary from the "Hated: GG Allin and the Murder Junkies" DVD. These are the last images captured by GG Allin alive.

Bleedin', Stinkin' & Drinkin' is a 54 minute video which presents a unique insight into GG Allin. With five acoustic songs (three of which appear here for the first time) and an in depth interview, this video may explain why GG Allin was one of the more interesting and thought provoking performers of the last three decades. Most of the contents in this video were shot and compiled while GG was in Tampa, Florida in July of 1991, recording Carnival of Excess with The Criminal Quartet. Like it or not, GG Allin has made an impact on the recording industry and his ghosts will be around forever haunting the same industry he truly despised. To this day, rest assured, GG is content he never gave anyone the satisfaction of seeing him die during his last show. He never wanted to give you anything. https://www.discogs.com/release/1670233-GG-Allin-Bleedin-Stinkin-Drinkin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWErwI55omo
