Chay is a happy-go-lucky guy living in Spain with his relatives. A mistaken identity at the airport results in him reaching out to Meera, with whom he falls in love at first site. So far, so good. All hell breaks loose for Chay when he comes to know that Meera is in love with one Siddharth, who ditches her in the last minute. A heart-broken Meera falls back on Chay for emotional support. Chay, who has this typical hero's quality of going to any extent to solve others' problems, takes it upon himself to bring smile back on Meera's face. In the process, the hero bumps into Chandramukhi, a village belle who has no idea what a mobile phone is, and a bunch of quirky characters.
'Okkadu Migiladu' is the story of displaced Sri Lankan Tamilians who find themselves stuck with the tag of 'refugees' all their lives. The mistreatment they face both in India and Sri Lanka, with either country refusing to accept them as their own, forms the crux of the story.
Shourya (Manoj) completes his studies in the renowned Harvard University but comes to India to lead a life of a teacher. He helps the needy people. One chance meeting with Netra (Regina), a MP's daughter, turns into friendship and love blossoms. One day, they head to Kotilingala to do the jagaranam (staying awake at the night) in the temple. Late in the night, Netra's throat is slit by some unknown persons and immediately they take her to the hospital. Naturally Shourya becomes the suspect. What really happened? Who did this? Or has Shourya slit her throat as the police believe? Shourya (Manchu Manoj) is a highly educated individual who is in deep love with Nethra (Regina Cassendra). Due to unknown reasons, the couple decide to elope but an unfortunate series of events lead to Nethra being murdered. Twist in the tale arises when Shourya gets framed for the murder.

Rajaram (Venkatesh) is the son of Raghuram (Naga Babu). Raghuram is Associate in Nursing, as investigatory journalist in an United Nations agency. He infiltrates the criminal organization of Nana Bhai (Aditya Pancholi) and earns his trust. He gathers proof against the activities of Nana and hands them over to newspaper publisher CP - Chaitanya Prasad (Sayaji Shinde). Chandu (Nagarjuna) is a very selfish, self made and cut throat businessman in New York who runs a successful Event Organizing Agency and is aided by his uncle Sundar (M. S. Narayana), friends Bharath (Bharath Reddy) and Maya (Meera Chopra). Chandu never believes in relationships and family bonding citing them as a mess to discard. He is always involved in romantic activities with many girls sans commitment. Maya loves Chandu but as fate would have it, She marries Kamaraju (Brahmanandam), an aged yet wealthy doctor to rob his wealth. On the advice of Chandu, she applies for divorce and gets the money from him.
Chinna (Vishnu) is a very witty and resourceful person who knows how to get things done. As kids, Chinna and Piccheshwar (Vennela Kishore) have a tiff and Piccheshwar leaves the village in a huff. Piccheshwar’s outraged grandfather (Kota Srinivasa Rao) orders the execution of Chinna’s family, forcing them to flee as well. As the years go by, Chinna grows into a tall and fearless young fellow. He applies for a job as a journalist and he is sent on an assignment by his boss Avatar (Posani). The assignment is to conduct a sting operation on Minister Dilleeswara Rao (Pankaj Tripathi). Chinna succeeds in capturing incriminating footage, but he is caught and thrashed by the minister’s goons.
Veera Narasimha Naidu (Prabhu) is a faction leader in Kurnool who raised his sister Saraswati (Seetha) with love and Affection to make her forget the loss of their Mother. During the marriage time, she eloped with Basha (Suman), whom she loved which led the death of Narasimha Naidu's Father. Thus enraged Narasimha Naidu cuts the leg of Basha which created a rift between the two families. On a case to win the property belonging to Saraswati, Basha wins the case on Narasimha Naidu after a long gap of 25 years. Seeing the sorrow of Saraswati, her son Sulaiman (Vishnu Manchu) vows to unite the two families and waits for a situation.
Siva is asked to help a friend in a love marriage. Siva kidnaps Pooja on a mistaken identity from the marriage hall. When Pooja is kidnapped, her uncles and their henchmen follow them.
A brave man decides to kidnap his friend's beloved from a forced marriage, but ends up abducting the wrong bride. Ironically, the bride he kidnapped is ecstatic because she was already planning an escape. On the run, they fall in love, but in order to get married, they must convince their families.
Babloo (Vishnu) likes to have fun and is always getting in trouble so his father (Chandramohan) gets him a job with Shanker Goud (Srihari). Shanker Goud and Bhallu are rivals and Bhallu is determined to kill Shanker Goud's sister Pooja (Genelia D'Souza). Babloo falls in love with Pooja but Shanker is planning an arranged marriage for her with Ajay (Akash) so Babloo and Pooja elope. The rest of the story is about how Babloo saves Pooja from Bhallu.
Karthik(Nagarjuna) is a rich architect in Ooty. He falls in love with Padhu(Gracy Singh). Padmavathi takes her own sweet time to accept Karthik's love. Padmavathi has a cute cousin sister Bhanu (Shriya). Bhanu encourages their love and gives courage to Padhu. When Padhu reveals about her love, her father Rama Chandraiah (K. Viswanath) resists and asks her to marry the guy he has chosen for her. Padhu flees from home and marries Karthik. Padmavathi is very eager to get back to her parents and get their blessings. Karthik and Padmavathi migrate to New Zealand and they give birth to a kid named Lucky. Padhu dies in an accident. Rama Chandraiah has a very big joint family. A few of the family members opine that inviting Karthik and his kid for a marriage to be happened at their place would give an opportunity to get a closer look at Lucky.
