Animaniacs: Spooky Stuff is a VHS tape that contains "Draculee, Draculaa," "Phranken-Runt," "Meatballs or Consequences," "Scare-Happy Slappy," "Witch One" and "Hot, Bothered and Bedeviled."

In this Halloween Special, Babs Bunny plays the part of host as she and the Tiny Toons gang spoof various popular horror movies and TV shows. Among the works parodied are "Night Gallery", "The Twilight Zone", "The Devil and Daniel Webster", "Frankenstein" and the "Abbott and Costello Meet..." films.

This four-cartoon episode features the stars of the show appearing in each other's segments due to the Warner brothers (and the Warner sister Dot) messing with the scripts of the episode.
