Miss Korea is For those who miss the taste and memory of Korean food, the cast of Miss Korea visit them in a foreign country and, in exchange for staying in their place, the eight members of the cast cook the menu the host misses the most. With local ingredients and the limited number of items the members are allowed to bring from Korea, they’re requested to make tasty Korean food that lives up to the host’s expectations. What makes Miss Korea more entertaining is that the eight members are divided into two teams and compete with each other. Each team leader can choose whom they want to work with, and the others must win the team leaders’ hearts with their secret items. Some of the cast has knowledge and experience of cooking whereas some may not be familiar with cooking. Under these conditions, will they be able to make the dish and satisfy the host? On the day of the hundreds billion dollar contract deal just ahead, Jung suddenly disappears after he leaves for a convenient store. Inspector Kim who is desperate to get an exclusive crime case in the hope of drawing media attention finds out that Jung had many jealous colleagues and starts to investigate the case focusing on embezzlement and kidnapping. On the other hand, inspector Park finds out that Jung’s fiancee Mi-sun, a sales manager at the insurance company, has recently took out a life insurance policy on Jung’s life and points her as a suspect. The more investigation goes further the more case gets mysterious and things start to get out of control as a missing case develops to an assault, a kidnapping and finally to a murder.
We Got Married is a South Korean reality variety show, one segment of the Sunday Sunday Night program. First broadcast in 2008, the show pairs up Korean celebrities to show what life would be like if they were married.
