A has-been character actor attempts to complete a movie honoring his deceased wife, when divine intervention leads him to a free-spirited actress who just might be his perfect leading lady.

In a world with only one rule, the crime boss of Queens, Alphonse Trapani, discovers that there is a snitch in his house that has been helping dirty cops to put the heat on his family, and all the crime families in New York.

Mario Latona, and his best friend "Silk shirt" Johnny are young kids with a passion for crime. Mario dreams of becoming a real gangster like his Uncle Frank, an under-boss of the local mob chapter, but in order to do so he has to operate at the lowest ranks first. When things are just going good for Mario, Johnny becomes greedy and reckless, while an older wiseguy who's been locked up since the 1980's returns home to cause trouble for the young crew.
