Javier takes Delia, his pregnant wife, to his ranch in a remote village. Although she's surrounded with love and comfort, Delia has an uneasy feeling. Delia bleeds to death, yet because the two girls look identical, both healthy and beautiful, it´s hard to know which one killed her mother. Several years later, the identical twins have very different personalities. Gilda is an independent doctor and a city dweller. Her twin Liliana is a frail invalid who resides in the ranch. However, one of them harbors inside the dreadful Chacala, which will soon materialize to wreak havoc among those around her.

Mexican movie about women cheating on their husbands. Three segments, I liked the first one, but not the other two. The first had a very good ending, the second was 'weird' in lack of a better word, and the third was a little violent, I didn't expect it from a movie talking about 'cheating on'. This is of course, my humble personal opinion.

Much of the movie is filmed using hand-held cameras, and the majority of the dialogue is in the difficult-to-understand and very slangy Spanish dialect of Mexico City's bricklayers.
