A slice-of-life drama about a bright, little girl Tuski who comes from a humble background, and wishes to attend a school where only the rich are allowed. This is a story of the disparity between two girl child from rich and poor section of the society. Tuski, a poor girl was born unsung and lives in a family in a slum. She lost her mother just after her birth and was raised by her aunt Ranita. Tuski's father Subrata is an auto-rickshaw driver. For them struggle for survival is more valid than raising issues on morality. Ranita works as a household maid in the family of Tua, another child of Tuski’s age who lives in a highrise beside the slum. While Tua and Tuski get friendly Tua’s mother become over conscious about the difference of their social status.
The story of "Bilu Rakkhosh" revolves around the central protagonist "Bilu" who is a direct product of the hollow modernization the current times are going through. Bilu works in IT in a typical corporate environment, although Bilu finds himself strangled and gasping. He loves singing and always wanted to pursue his career as a singer. But he has got trapped himself within his own demons (hence the name!). Bilu is a man stuck in time. His life circles around the same circumference every day, piling up on the frustration of not being able to follow his heart. In search of an escape Bilu who rebelled to be a puppet of the reality imposed by others as he creates his own through his delusions, for Bilu albeit living with inviolable demons inside, is also a dreamer.
The story revolves around five friends -Sunil, Brajesh, Ranjan, Suhash and Avijit -who are all attracted to their common friend, Basobi. Basobi seems to be close to Ranjan. Then, she suddenly declares she will marry Brajesh, as she has always been in love with him. Just days before the wedding, Basobi is found dead at home and renowned detective Kiriti is approached to solve the case.

Why did the bus not brake on time? Was it a mechanical fault? Was the bus driver only a scape-goat? As the investigations deepen, many unpleasant realities come to the fore and Arko together with Kartick, the driver and the Insurance agent, decide to take matters in his own hand.

Some known and unknown common people are his companions throughout his journey everyday. He has seen many incidents, which created a deep impression in his life. One such incident was the murder of a brother who protested against a group of drunkards who were teasing his elder sister ("Rajiv murder case in Barasat"). Preliminarily he remained silent against all these incidents. But on one day, his protesting nature, inside him, burst out. He started protesting against each and every wrong deed, irrespective of the level of crime. As a result he stands out as a protesting person in front of other common people. He turns out to be the target of the leaders of the society.
