Im Soo-ho, a graduate student who, after participating in a pro-democracy protest, is discovered covered in blood by an unnamed female university student. The girl hides him from the government in her dorm room at her women's university. However, it is revealed that Soo-ho is not who he appears to be. Against the backdrop of political upheaval, the pair's story unfolds and the two develop a romantic relationship.

Kyung-mi, a girl with hearing impairment lives with her mother. Working at the customer call center, one day she storms out of an unpleasant dinner with the client and drives home after she picks up her mother. Meanwhile, the murderer Do-sik spots Kyung-mi's mother waiting for her daughter who went to park her car but changes his target when another girl So-jung passes him by talking on the phone. So-jung gets stabbed by Do-sik in the back alley and is found by Kyung-mi, who ends up becoming Do-sik’s new prey.

Dajung, beloved by teachers and classmates, hides her dream to become an author. One day, Dajung meets a new girl – Seojung, who has won an award at a writing competition in which Dajung had no success. As she gets to know more and more about Seojung, Dajung has mixed feelings of admiration, jealousy, and self-doubt. A school writing competition is coming up. Dajung longs for Seojung’s world.

Chief of the ‘Special Crime Unit’, OH Gu-tak, looks for the former gangster, PARK Woong-chul, whom he had worked with before, and recruits a con artist, KWAK No-soon, and a convicted cop, KO Yoo-sung in the new team. With new blood, the ‘Bad Guys’ have become stronger and tougher. As they dig deeper into the case, they sense that a much bigger crime organization is behind it all and they begin the hunt for bad guys…

What would you do if you found out that you were, in fact, a character in a comic? And an extra character on top of that? Change the course of the story, obviously! Eun Dan Oh is a 17-year-old high-school student from a wealthy family who suffers from a lifelong heart condition that inevitably means she will not live past her teenage years. However, when Dan Oh realizes she is experiencing long gaps in her memory as well, she comes into the unhappy inheritance of another fact in her life: she is a character in a Korean webtoon and all of her actions are predetermined by the artist who draws her.

The satirical comedy takes place in a four-story apartment building in the suburbs of Seoul inhabited by a number of professionals: doctors, judges, prosecutors, professors, and their wives. The wives are from prestigious and highly educated backgrounds, and part of the plot will feature their efforts to get their children admitted into universities. Some grew up in families with multiple generations of doctors or lawyers, and their ambitions will be depicted with realism and comedy.

A former serial killer Byung-su gets diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and when a series of murders occur near his town, he worries whether the killings are his doings. Then, he comes across Tae-ju and realizes that he’s the killer. He reports this to the police, only to learn that Tae-ju is one. Byung-su tries to find evidence against Tae-ju, only to raise the young killer’s interest on him and his dear daughter.

Under the overall theme of unrequited love and having a crush on someone unattainable, the drama tells stories of various happenings that can arise in such relationships. The stories are told in perspectives from both man and woman, as if it were written from an omniscient point-of-view, which allows viewers to sympathize with both sides and adds another layer to seemingly ordinary incidents between men and women.
