Filmmaker, illustrator and musician Dame Darcy's weekly television collaboration with Blessed Elysium's Lisa Hammer aired on New York's Public Access from 1996-1999, presenting original drama and comedy in a German Expressionist style, utilizing New York underground personalities including Jennifer Nixon (aka Queen Itchie), Peter Moran, Bliss Blood, Banjo Pete, Miller Duvall, Secretary Jenny, Cynthia Mitchell, Patrick O'Clock (aka Patrick Hambrecht), Jasper McVain, Daisy Miller, Li'l Sweetie, and Countessa Cinorre, as well as celebrity guest stars Thurston Moore, Courtney Love and Tiny Tim.
Near an isolated beach on California's coast, a sinister plan is underway in a laboratory of horror. Three renegade scientists have resurrected the Frankenstein Monster. . . legendary indestructible dead man come to life. . . and they have also created a biogentically engineered half-man, half fish abomination. . . to use as secret weapons in the fight against terrorists worldwide. However, disaster strikes when the terrifying monsters chemical brainwashing fails and the entire plan goes to hell! Instead of stopping terror, these invincible monsters spread terror! The first victims. . . young people on a glamour photo shoot are attacked by the amphibious beast of evil! Rescued and held hostage by the scientists, the survivors must find a way to escape the madmen and the monsters!

Illustrator Dame Darcy (Meat Cake) stars as Clara One-Arm, an overwrought young woman who's trapped in her room and tormented by a trio of puppets, a ghost from her past, and a crazed nurse brandishing a monstrous needle. All of this shot like some psychotic's vision of a 20's silent movie, complete with tinted stock, beautifully expressionistic sets, and an appropriately eerie soundtrack by Eric Hammer
Two religious maniacs, Judas (played by Terrence Fleming) and Corned Beef (played by Eric Hammer), are visited by two aliens, Madeline Virbasius and Dion. Virbasius, dressed as the Virgin Mary, tells the two to kill people for Jesus and to drain the puss from their heads and bring it back to them. Fleming and Hammer set out to bring "the Virgin Mary" back as much puss back as possible in a bucket (hence the title)
