In a well-known Piedmontese ski resort, a couple has the brilliant idea opening a "4-legged hotel" where people can stay during the Christmas holidays in the company of their beloved pets. Bad blood between their families causes problems, but the real trouble begins when the hotel is invaded by dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets and parrots (not to mention their owners!).
