A young man (Puneeth Rajkumar) finds himself in too deep after taking an injured protester to a hospital.
The brother of a local law minister, who is out on parole and should be back in custody in the next six days, goes missing. When he doesn't show up on the sixth day, the opposition party blames the law minister for keeping his brother in hiding, and therefore, resulting in his immediate arrest. Meanwhile, the missing brother resurfaces and wants to avenge his captor but he doesn't have a clue about his identity or whereabouts.
Engeyum Eppodhum revolves around a group of passengers traveling in two different buses, each having their own past and a reason for their travel. The most prominent among these passengers is the love track between Kathiresan (Jai), Manimegalai (Anjali) and the other between Vinay (Saravanandh) and Amudha (Ananya).Jai is a responsible young person who works as a mechanic and secretly loves his neighbour Anjali, but Anjali is an extremely practical girl and believes that love alone doesn't suffice life. The evolution of their love through these forms the crux of their relationship....
Ganesh (Ram) is an orphan who always pitches in to help needy people. In one such strange situation, he is forced to act with Divya (Kajal Agarwal) that he loves her. Naagulu's father has been feeding mixing snake poison in his food since childhood, making Naagulu immune to any snake bite.
