Cristina's life is thrown into turmoil when she is suddenly escorted from her strict Catholic school in Buenos Aires and told that she is really Sofía Lombardi, the daughter of activists who disappeared in the '70s. Questioning everything she once thought true, Cristina embarks on a journey to find her true identity. Meeting others like herself, the young girl soon discovers the real-life horrors of Argentina's relatively recent past and the nightmare that claimed tens of thousands of lives during the country's "dirty war."

A cartoonist and painter who can not stand out and make a living, among other things, as a photographer of news magazines and a beautiful young woman who comes to Buenos Aires from inside the country to try to make it as a model and actress, living a love as passionate as fraught with disagreements.

Yepeto is a professor in his 50's, a prestigious writer who holds a chair in the literature department. Cecilia, an 18 year old student is the object of Antonio's desire. (Antonio is a young athlete, also very attractive.) Yepeto starts to feel passionately, but silently attracted to Cecilia, while at the same time, builds up his friendship with Antonio. Will this force Yepeto to give up, out of loyalty to his friend and student Antonio, all contact with his desired student Cecilia

Story of a typical working class family living in suburban Buenos Aires during early 1980's. Luis (Federico Luppi) is a righteous man who begins a struggle and a moral debate with the rest of the family, his close friend Vicente (Julio de Grazia) and other neighbors when a corrupt municipal official offers an "arrangement" for extending them a water line that would solve many long time needs.
