One year after the events of "Kickboxer: Vengeance", Kurt Sloan has vowed never to return to Thailand. UFC Fight Night: Shogun vs. St. Preux (also known as UFC Fight Night 56) was a mixed martial arts event held at the Ginásio Municipal Tancredo Neves in Uberlândia, Brazil, on November 8, 2014.
The event was headlined by the anticipated rematch between mixed martial arts legends Maurício Rua and Dan Henderson. Henderson won their first encounter back in November 2011 at UFC 139 via unanimous decision in a bout lauded by many MMA pundits as the Fight of the Year for 2011 and one of the best bouts in the history of the UFC. The co-main event featuree a long-planned bout between Cezar Ferreira and C.B. Dollaway. The two were originally scheduled to meet on May 18, 2013 at UFC on FX 8. However, both Dollaway and Ferreira had been forced from the bout due to injury.
The event will be the first UFC event broadcast on Fox Sports 1. The main event is expected to be contested between former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, Maurício Rua and Chael Sonnen. The bout was first linked to UFC 161, as Sonnen was briefly mentioned as a short notice replacement for Rua's original opponent Antônio Rogério Nogueira, who had bowed out of the bout with a back injury. Sonnen's status as a felon created travel issues to get into Canada, resulting in Rua being pulled from the event altogether.
UFC Fight Night: Hunt vs. Bigfoot (also known as UFC Fight Night 33) is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held on December 6, 2013 at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Due to the extreme difference in time zones, the event will air live in North America during prime time hours on December 6. The event will be the first that the UFC has hosted in Brisbane. The card is expected to be headlined by a heavyweight bout between Mark Hunt and Antonio Silva.

Pride 32: The Real Deal was a mixed martial arts event and was held by the Pride Fighting Championships. The event took place on October 21, 2006, at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was the first Pride event to be held outside of Japan, and in front of an audience of 11,727 (8,079 paid).Since the event took place in Nevada, Pride had to modify its rules to follow Nevada's version of the Unified Rules of Mixed Martial Arts for this event. Pride followed Nevada's MMA rules for the most part, in effect using the same rules as other promotions in Nevada like the UFC, but it used a ring to stage contests and prohibited elbows to the head as it already did in its own rules (Elbow strikes are allowed in UFC). Matches were three rounds of five minutes each, and if a match went the distance, it would be judged by Nevada's 10-point must system with Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) judges, which is different from Pride's own judging criteria.
