Nanda (Hemachandran) is thrown out of his home by his drunkard dad. While working as a muscleman for his friend, he meets Nanditha (Meghna) and falls in love. Nanda agrees to kill Knockout Chandran (Shanmugaraja), a political candidate, for Devaraj (Nasser), the local big shot.

A conman falls for the girl he was deceiving and decides to work as an honest man. While working in a hotel, he discovers that his boss is being troubled by a high profile man and plans to help him by conning the man.

The film tells a Hindu-Muslim love story. The film shows how terrorist outfits use money to lure unemployed youth to do their bidding. A mentally challenged young woman wanders on the city streets creating a lot of commotion. Many people, including policemen, take advantage of her.
