Pink Eye is set in a small town in upstate New York, at a prison-like, dilapidated insane asylum where secret drug testing has gone inexplicably wrong. Patients are dying in sick and twisted ways and those who survive are becoming raging, homicidal lunatics. What happens when normal people find they need to kill, in order to survive? This is the story of such a group of people, suddenly turned into vampires, and carving a path of blood and mayhem throughout New York City. Slowly, they lose their grip on reality, and turn into an army of anti-social, psychopathic misfits; and surely, they turn on each other.
