Years later, with democracy finally restored in Argentina, the case will be reopened causing the abolition of military service and the military justice system.
In a small town in Patagonia (Southern Argentina), a Mapuche Indian chief sets a tourist complex under construction on fire. He denies all attempts to defend himself. Her sister scorns her, her new boyfriend dumps her, a dear friend is murdered -- yet Luisa never gives in to despair. Popular at the Argentine wickets, this drama has much going for it -- in particular a woman who is a victim but denies it with no problem at all.
