Radašin and Milašin are brothers but they don't talk with each other. Both of them got letters inviting them on mysterious journey from their village to Belgrade, capital of Serbia. Each one has an amusing path that leads to one place, but their family won't let them fulfill their destiny alone in the end.
The action series begins when the main character, a young police inspector Aleksandar Jakovljevic, despite its problematic behavior, receives an important case - killed the daughter of a prominent man unit whose company is building the largest residential - commercial complex in the region. In the first sequel of "Hi Inspector", the cops Boki and Pajko get bored in their quite little town until the arrival of foreign visitors. These people reside at the local hotel where international conference on organ transplantation takes place. At the same time, the fresh corpses of deceased people begin to disappear, while the rumors about the vampires at the graveyard start spreading. The cops try to solve the riddle.
A village handball team gets close to the promotion to the top flight, but three of its residents try to ensure the success by bribing the referee.
