"Secret Love" is written as an Omnibus Mini-Series consisting of 5 episodes, focusing on the ups-and-downs of love relationships such as a first love, breakups, secret crushes, etc. Each episode features a member of the girl group KARA, teamed up with a leading man. "Secret Love" will be produced in advance, then be aired in Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other Asian countries.

Karasia is the first concert tour by South Korean girl group Kara. This is their very first independent concert in Asia region. The first concert are scheduled at Seoul, South Korea starting mid-February. And at the same time, Kara will embark their very first Japan Nationwide concert starting at Yokohama, sharing the same tour name as their Asia tour. The concert will also include countries like China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore and others. The tour concluded on May 27, at Saitama, Japan. The tour drew around 150 thousand people with every single seat sold for each concert. The last concert was broadcast live through streaming in 60 different theaters throughout Japan, and all the tickets to the theaters were sold out as well. All solo songs that the girls performed in the Japanese tour was released on the album Kara Collection in September 5, 2012.

Heroes was a South Korean variety show; a part of SBS's Good Sunday lineup, along with Running Man. It is classified as a "popularity search variety", where the female celebrities compete to find out which of them is more popular among citizens. It was first aired on July 18, 2010 and ended on May 1, 2011 with a total of 40 episodes aired. They must complete certain missions every episode and whoever wins usually get a prize, such as the other team must make dinner for them, they get a hot shower and beds, etc.
