Gaspar is back in New York working for a couple of days, caught between the taxis and his faults in French. He is supposed to have lunch with his father right before flying back to Brussels. They have not seen each other for a few years now. Something tells him it is wrong. Something tells him it is right. Trying to find ways to evade the silence, Gaspar will have to stop evading himself.

Two women are traveling through a coast road, evading the pain left behind. The trip is interrupted when they see an old lady running at one side of the road, in front of the car. This encounter marks the beginning of the rest of their lives.

Summer of 1990. Chile and the world are going through great changes. In a small beach town off the Chilean coast, an eclectic group of teenagers, from very diverse social upbringings, are living their own transition to adulthood. These kids are actually guided by a director, who is trying to make a movie, and above all, to recreate an era that affected him, in a country where these kinds of social encounters are not possible anymore.
